Time for Change
January 21st, 2010It has become blatantly apparent that I am neither fit nor even healthy, so it’s time for me to do something about it before I’m unable to pursue interests due to my poor fitness and health. I plan on exercising and eating more healthily to remedy this.
I’ll give more information later, but leave any comments, questions or suggestions in the comments.
Edit (25/01/10): Started on the P90X program, and it’s kicking my ass to say the least, but I’m not going to give up. More to come later.

Great objective. Keep us posted. Eight glasses of water a day helps — and eat as early as possible as this gets your metabolism running and hence, as the motor runs, the more energy you burn off. As they say in La Belle Province, GROS BIZOU.
