Water, Sky, and Trees
May 30th, 2010Here’s my film for the week, Water, Sky, and Trees. I decided to upload it only on Vimeo; I’m still going to use YouTube, but I’ll reserve Vimeo for my more serious/artsy videos.
I hope you enjoy it. I have some more ideas for films I’d like to do, and I think I’ll do a short tutorial on something web-related this week, but I’m not quite sure what yet. If you have any suggestions for something to tackle, let me know in the comments.

Nice, although HD never has worked for me on Vimeo… What’s the difference between that and YT?
I feel like Vimeo has a more professional, polished standard in published videos. YouTube, to me, feels more like a film-and-upload sort of deal for the most part; that being said, YouTube definitely has the upper hand in terms of traffic and audience diversity, and there are certainly videos and channels that I wouldn’t categorize under simply film-and-uploaded.
Personal choice, I spose.
