light soy sauce | 45 ml | |
dark soy sauce | 30 ml | |
ketchup | 30 ml | |
malt vinegar | 15 ml | |
tamarind paste | 15 ml | |
fish sauce | 15 ml | |
white pepper | a pinch | |
water | 60 ml |

- Combine all ingredients except water in a bowl. If not marinating, add the water.
- Simmer sauce over medium heat until thickened to your liking!
