  • peeled and minced
brown sugar60 mL
light soy sauce45 mL
dark soy sauce30 mL
ketchup30 mL
malt vinegar15 mL
tamarind paste15 mL
fish sauce15 mL
white peppera pinch
water60 mL
  • optional
  1. Combine all ingredients except water in a bowl. If not marinating, add the water.
  2. Simmer sauce over medium heat until thickened to your liking!
