chilli sauce (e.g. Sriracha)15 ml

  • peeled and minced
brown sugar60 ml
light soy sauce45 ml
dark soy sauce30 ml
ketchup30 ml
malt vinegar15 ml
tamarind paste15 ml
fish sauce15 ml
white peppera pinch
water60 ml
  • optional
  1. Combine all ingredients except water in a bowl. If not marinating, add the water.
  2. Simmer sauce over medium heat until thickened to your liking!
